Well we are nearly halfway through the holidays and so far it has been busy. We have had furniture arrive, our ducted heating die (not good when you live in Canberra) doctors appointments, sleepovers, playdates and and general running around. So I am really looking  forward to our little holiday to Orange tomorrow to see my brother. I am taking the kids while my man is heading to Sydney for the weekend.

So on that note I will be out of the office until Monday. All emails will be attended too on my return.

Stay safe over the long weekend and don’t forget to turn your clocks forward on Saturday night……daylight savings….YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As I can’t post without a photo here is a few more from my workshop with Kelley Ryden.

This little guy was just gorgeous, only 11 days old and the youngest of 4 boys. Awww very dear to my heart…lol. Nikki his mum responded to my call for newborn models and will now have some beautiful reminders of just how special this time is. He was an absolute doll even though he did poo on everything…lol, his way of protesting is my guess. Not to worry it happens at nearly every session, and they are all totally forgiven because they are sooooooo cute.

Oh my lordy what a fabulous weekend. I had the most inspiring time with Kelley Ryden she is the most down to earth lovely person. She taught me lots of little tricks that I will now be including in my sessions to make them run more smoothly and to give you guys the best photos I can.

I also spent the weekend with some amazing Aussie photographers too Kristen Cook, Mel Pitt, Louise Treacy, Jenny Ruddle, Gemma Higgins-Sears, Amanda Keeys, Anna Bracker and Gemma Troy. These girls rock. I also got to have LOTS of cuddles with Mel and Kristens little bubbas who modeled for us.

So here you go guys this is what I was up to over a very exhausting weekend…….but sooooooooo worth it.

This first little man is Kristens bubby Charlie….9 days old. So divine.

This next big fella is Mel’s Samuel. He has the best rolls….isn’ t he just edible…lol.

This next little girl is Chloe. She was so fiesty, protested with a squalk everytime Kelley posed her…lol. Such a cutie.

And we have little Caitlin who could rival Samuel in the rolls department…..she just slept, and slept. Such a sweetie.

I am so sooooo excited, I am heading down to Melbourne on Friday to do a fabulous workshop with the amazing Kelley Ryden from the US. I will be with 8 of the best newborn photographers in Australia and we will be learning lots of fabulous things which I will be able to bring back and use when photographing your new bubbas. We will also be having fabulous conversations and indulging in a wine or too….hey a girl has to make the most of her time away with friends…..lol

As such I will be out of the office from Friday 4th till late Sunday 6th of September. I won’t have any internet access and only limited phone access. So all emails will not be responded to until Monday.
